Mr Satan Cosplay

Either Mr Satan rides the subway after a hard days work on the set of Dragon Ball Z or this dude has the best unintentional cosplay costume ever.

Mr. Satan (aka Hercule) is a fictional human character in the Dragon Ball manga and anime Dragon Ball Z and appears frequently in Dragon Ball GT. He is the reigning Tenka’ichi Budôkai Champion and because of this he has an inflated ego and annoying arrogance, boasting endlessly that he is the best fighter in the world.

In the original Japanese, the character’s name is ‘Mr. Satan’ but it was changed to ‘Hercule’ for Western audiences due to the connection with the Christian Satan. The new name originates from Hercules, in Roman mythology.

Japanese Wolverine Cosplay Fail

More cosplay gone wrong, well more than the Top 10 Cosplay Fails anyways. Looks like his membership at the Tokyo Rockabilly Club was rejected so he thought he’d try his chances at the Wolverine fan club instead.

At any fan convention like Comic-Con, Comiket, Otakon or the Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) you are bound to find at least one cosplayer gearing up in their best Pikachu outfit. A trend seems to be occurring and that is the Pikachu cosplayers seem to be getting sexier.

Previously I had compiled a collection of when cosplay goes wrong but here is a collection of 10 of the best sexy Pikachu cosplayers. I mean hasn’t Pikachu been violated enough?

Cosplaying Power Rangers in Akiba

Now, I have had my own encounters with a pink power ranger before, however the dude in the video below is pursued by a flash mob of assorted cosplaying power rangers through the otaku mecca streets of Tokyo’s electric town, Akihabara.

After a spirited chase he is finally caught and inducted into the cosplaying power ranger gang and presented with a pink power ranger suit and a pair of Nikes.

This is actually an old NIKEid advertisement aimed at increasing Japanese awareness of NIKEid’s endless individual colour possibilities with super heroes to save people from living boring, dull, colourless lives.
